Who Is Rachel Pizzolato?
Rachel Pizzolato is best described as a science-kid-turned-model who never dropped either lane. She placed third at the 2022 International Science and Engineering Fair, was a Top 300 pick in the 2022 Regeneron Science Talent Search, and has a minor planet — Pizzolato 33187 — named after her by MIT.
On the fashion side, she is signed with Natural Models LA, and she also holds the Miss Swimsuit USA International 2026 title, which she won in October 2025.
Rachel Pizzolato Height — How Tall Is She?
Rachel stands about 5 feet 11 inches (180 cm), per her official Natural Models LA agency card. Some listings, including Backstage and a few celebrity databases, round her up to 6 feet (183 cm), and a couple of fan sites push her to 6’1″. Agency data is usually the most reliable measurement, so the widely accepted figure sits at 5’11”. Her runway-ready frame gives her an obvious edge in both high-fashion editorials and pageant lineups.
Rachel Pizzolato Weight & Build
She is reportedly around 135 pounds (61 kg), with a lean, athletic-toned build. That physique tracks with her background as a National Champion trampolinist and gymnast, and she has reportedly spoken about Olympic ambitions in trampolining. Her frame reads slim yet strong, which is why designers cast her for both swim and runway work.
Rachel Pizzolato Body Measurements
Based on her modeling agency card, Rachel’s stats are widely listed as follows:
| Measurement | Inches | Centimeters |
| Bust | 34 | 86 |
| Waist | 25 | 64 |
| Hips | 36 | 91 |
| Bra size | 34D | — |
| Dress size | 4 (US) | 34 (EU) |
| Shoe size | 9.5 (US) | 40.5 (EU) |
A few tabloid pages float a 32DD-26-36 figure, but these are not backed by any official source. The Natural Models LA numbers are the most credible because they come from professional bookings data. Any figure outside that range should be treated as estimated or unconfirmed.
Rachel Pizzolato Measurements vs. Industry Peers
| Model | Height | Build |
| Rachel Pizzolato | 5’11” (180 cm) | Athletic, lean |
| Kaia Gerber | 5’9″ (175 cm) | Slim runway |
| Karlie Kloss | 6’1″ (185 cm) | Tall, athletic |
| Camille Kostek | 5’8″ (173 cm) | Curvy-athletic |
Rachel sits comfortably in the tall-and-athletic bracket, closer in silhouette to Karlie Kloss than to a petite editorial model.
Style, Fashion, and Signature Looks
Rachel’s public style leans into two lanes: sleek runway glam and sporty, beach-forward swimwear. For her Miss Swimsuit USA International appearances, she favors monochrome cuts and structured swim pieces that play up her long legs.
On the red carpet, she often chooses fitted floor-length gowns that highlight her height, though she also takes bolder swings, like the sheer green mesh top and leather pants she wore to the Lanterns premiere in August 2026. Her off-duty TikTok content skews casual — denim, crop tops, and gym-friendly sets that fit her gymnast lifestyle.
Body Type and Fitness Routine
Rachel has an athletic frame shaped by years of competitive trampoline and gymnastics training. Her routine reportedly includes daily gym sessions, tumbling practice, and cardio-heavy conditioning.
She has not publicly discussed strict diet plans, but her posts point to a balanced, protein-focused approach paired with high training volume.
